How to Order
You can order securely online with PayPal. (Please make sure your Paypal details, and most importantly, your address are up to date!) Sorry but we are unable to accept cheques or American Express. If you prefer, you can phone through with credit/debit card details.
Delivery
We pride ourselves on our speedy delivery service, we know you want your order as soon as possible! Unless stated, products are in stock and we aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 days. Standard orders are sent by Royal Mail. If you need something urgently please let us know, we will do our best to help or request next day delivery for a small additional charge.
Sale, Special Offer & Discount Goods
Lapin Club offers and online discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Sale or Special Offer items.
U.K Postage & Packing Rates
For orders up to £4.99 postage is £2.50
For all other orders our standard rate is £5.00
Next Day/Special Delivery charges start at £10.00
Courier Deliveries start at £12.50 Please enquire for details.
International Orders
We are happy to ship worldwide, but please note your order will be subject to additional International Shipping charges. Overseas orders are not covered by our standard UK rate which is automaticaly applied to orders placed online. You will be sent a paypal invoice for additional charges to the email used when ordering. Your order will only be sent once the charges are paid. Larger orders are sent via UPS Courier Service. We send by Royal Mail International Signer For Service or Courier, depending on your order. Please email us for International rates.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your order. If you need to return an item, please let us know. Products must be sent back unused/unworn/unopened, within 10 days from dispatch for an exchange or refund. We do not offer refunds after this date. Please use the delivery note for return address and do not return items to our shop address please. Please return safely as we are not responsible for returned goods that go astray.
We do not refund delivery charges or postage for returned items.
