Returns
We hope you are happy with your order.  If you need to return an item, please let us know.  Products must be sent back unused/unworn/unopened, within 10 days from dispatch for an exchange or refund.  We do not offer refunds after this date. Please return safely as we are not responsible for returned goods that go astray. 

We do refund delivery charges or postage for returned items.

Sale, Special Offer & Discount Goods
Lapin Club offers and online discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on Sale or Special Offer items.

Prices & VAT
All prices  include VAT at 15% with the exception of zero rated items such as children's clothing. Prices are subject to change.
